The government put so many troops to help the situation so it will not get out of control and to make the less damage and that;s not the only think that happen, the Search teams from more than a dozen nations were bound for Japan, including a unit from New Zealand, which suffered a devastating quake last month in Christchurch. A Japanese team that had been working in New Zealand was called home to help. A combined search squads from the Los Angeles  and Fairfax , arrived from the United States with 150 people and a dozen dogs that would help in the search for bodies. Even thought people from all over the world try to help them, LA, Korea, etc, come to help the radiation can;t be avoided even thought they already move away from the danger zone, if the the toxic was sent to the air and the rain and the wind oxygen can be dangerous and also we can get the effect from it.
